I had all three of the Hop Harvest beers, and fell in love with Mosaic hops after having HH3. Any tips on making a Mosaic IPA? I'm not looking to clone HH3, but just looking for ideas to keep a similar flavor profile.
The Portsmouth Brewery, founded in 1991, is the Granite State's original brewpub. Located in the heart of historic Portsmouth, New Hampshire, the Brewery features fine, handcrafted beers and a wideranging menu served in a lively, friendly atmosphere.

Tours at the Portsmouth Brewery are available on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at three pm.
