Hey all,
A new cask went on today. We have our Saison l'hiver which we added a four peppercorn blend to. We used Green peppercorn, Black peppercorn, White peppercorn and Pink peppercorn (which is actually not a peppercorn but looks like one, hence the name). The additions of the peppercorns add a nice peppery note on the nose and an amazing mid palette pepper flavor. Don't order it though, because I want to save it for myself :)
