It has been busy here for me. Tod is out on vacation and I am flying solo with a 3 brew day week. Not and easy task. But any who, I wanted to let you know that the Weizenheimer is getting low. But don’t worry I am sure that we will make it again at some point this summer. The Heimer is going to be replaced by our Wild Thang, which is a wild rice beer brewed with sterling hops. There is no fruit used in brewing this beer, but the way the sterling hops and the nuttiness from the wild rice play together you get a cheery pit flavor to the beer. Its crazy, let me know how you like it once you get some.
