Psych!

Hello,

Well we made an executive decision to put on the Weizenheimer instead of the Hefeweizen to replace the Saison…because when the Hefe was pulled through the lines we found it to be a little over carbonated (oops my bad for leaving it on straight CO2 for too long). So, the Weizenheimer was ready to go so it decided to make a surprise leap to the front of the class. The weizenheimer is our American wheat beer, which is light clean and crisp. It is an amazingly quaffable summer beer for the Memorial Day weekend. I will be here working most of the weekend so come on in and say hello.

Cheers,
Tyler

  1. Any chance of the Cream Ale hitting the taps any time soon? or the Kolsch? i think these are nice Summer beers and i personally prefer them over any wheaty hefers.

NFL (no freakin' lemon for this NFL brew)

  2. Ha NFL! I just thought you were a huge football fan. We will me making the Kolsch but probably not until later in the summer, August-ish. I think we are going to send it to GABF this year.

For the Cream Ale I will have to say that it wont be coming on this summer. it is a production schedule/space problem and the Cream Ale takes an extra week to make then the Blonde Ale and with how busy we get in the summer that is a week we can not spare.

But are going to have a Summer Saison, Wild Thang, Thaizenheimer, Bluebeery, just to name a few beers coming out this summer. So I hope you will be pleased with these for easy drinking flavorful Summer beers!

    Cheers,
    Tyler

  3. Tyler, thanks for the post and yes i am a huge Patriots fan but my initials are NFL so i use them when i can. i thought it was funny that you guys think of NFL as "no freakin' lemons"; never heard that before but i like it! i really wish there was space for the cream ale but i understand, so many beers, so little time. i'll be over, as usual, to sample the latest greatest.
    Cheers!

  4. Tyler - Nice to see you on Friday, my sister was in town for a concert and loved the Weizenheimer. Definitely hit the spot on a 90 degree day! I'm digging the Bravo, a very tasty beer.
